-Chronic dermatitis with hyperpigmentation

-CD8+ T cells destroys basal keratinocytes
-Delayed hypersensitivity to unknown Ags
-Increased incidence with Hepatitis C infections
-Kobener Phenomen(Post-trauma) may be seen
